Silk screen workshop intensive

The silk screen printing workshop is a week-long program that will give participants practical knowledge of the technical aspects of silk screen printing. They will learn hands-on how to prepare and transfer their designs onto the screen, mix inks, and print their designs on different surfaces through interactive sessions.

The workshop will introduce silk screen printing, covering its history, materials, and equipment. Participants will have the opportunity to bring their own designs and ideas to the workshop, which will be discussed in the group and with the instructor. They will learn how to modify their designs to work with silk screen printing and understand the potential and limitations of the technique so that they can bring their ideas to fruition.

The workshop is designed to be interactive, with participants getting hands-on experience in every step of the process. They will work with professional-grade equipment and materials, including high-quality screens, inks, and squeegees.

At the end of the course, we hope participants will have a good understanding of the technical aspects of screen printing and will create a portfolio of printed materials. Additionally, they will have a better understanding of how to adjust and improve their designs to fit the screen printing process.
