Artists often juggle multiple projects, ideas and deadlines yet few have a clear structure for planning a year that actually supports their creative growth. This workshop gives artists the chance to define a purposeful, aligned, and achievable year using methods that are flexible, intuitive and tailored to creative minds. Across four hours, we’ll map your focus, plan out your goals, support their realisation with strategies and processes, reverse-engineer exhibitions or projects you want to create, and build a sustainable system for tracking progress without overwhelm. You’ll explore how to balance creative time, admin, rest, and professional development, and learn how to plan your year in a way that feels empowering instead of overwhelming. Whether you’re feeling stuck, scattered or simply ready to level up in 2026, this course offers clarity, practical tools and a grounded strategy to support your best year yet. By the end of this seminar you will leave with a solid, personalised plan - and more ready than ever to jump into 2026!

Dieses Angebot des bildungswerks wird mit Mitteln der Europäischen Union und des Landes Berlin im Rahmen des Europäischen Sozialfonds (ESF) gefördert. This bildungswerk offer is funded by the European Union and the state of Berlin as part of the European Social Fund (ESF). These subsidies are the basis for low participation fees and for the lecturers' fees. For this reason, each participant must provide some personal details, employment status and level of education before the start of the event and consent to the processing of the data. A multiple-choice test is also carried out to evaluate the further education offer.
