08.06.2023 | The bildungswerk introduces: Stefano Minzi

Graduated in History of Contemporary Art at La Sapienza University in Rome. In 1997 he began to be fascinated by printmaking and attended a printmaking course at the Municipal School San Giacomo in Rome. In 2005 he moved to Berlin where, connected with the cultural vivacity of the city, he carried on his artistic research using printmaking and painting media. The interest for experimental printmaking techniques brought Stefano Minzi to London, where from 2007 to 2009, he attended a Master course in Printmaking at Camberwell College of Arts (UAL). In 2016 he returned to live in Italy and in 2020 completed a three-year training as an art therapist at the Ati school in Bologna.

Since 1998, Stefano Minzi has been exhibiting his works all over the world and has organized several workshops on printing techniques.

He has been a lecturer at bildungswerk since 2016. At bildungswerk he will teach the upcoming course "Xerox Transfer Introduction".
