HOW TO SELL PHOTOGRAPHS - Michael Dooney
This course is geared towards photographers and artists working with photography who would like to start selling their work but don't know where to start. We'll cover many of the fundamentals and accepted industry practices around the selling of photography, such as editions, pricing, paper types, and so on. We will also discuss your profile as an artist/photographer, including the importance of a CV, artistic statement, preparing for competitions, portfolio reviews and meeting potential clients. To take advantage of the workshop format and get the most out of the exercise, we request you to bring along some examples of your work as well as any questions you wish to discuss during those four hours.
